Going into the last 10 of the final 20 overs, the Erratics were well behind the run chase — but with only two wickets down, and with Nasir Khawaja and Brian Berrigan at the crease,
a draw was surely guaranteed.
Cue the loss of 8 wickets in 7 overs. Brian was out, to make it 89 for 3; then 90 for 4, 90 for 5, 98 for 6, 100 for 7, 100 for 8,
101 for 9, 105 all out — with bemused skipper James Rivington (2 not out) witnessing the final carnage from the other end.
